Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice




The practice of Yoga Nidra, which literally translated means “aware sleep,” simultaneously activates deep cellular repair the way deep sleep does, and body-mind awareness. A phone session in the comfort of your own home or office includes a combination of breath-work, body/mind consciousness, Sankalpa (personal intention/mantra) and visualization. 


It is said that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra = 4 hour of sleep
